I am really excited and I can't wait to start. I'll be posting my starting weight (((gasp))) and I think I am going  to post my food as well here. &lt;br /&gt;I am having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to post my food or when to start counting my calories.  You see I am working the nightshift and I work 4 nights a week.  I think I might start counting at 2 pm or when I wake up.
