LOL, I logged in to calorie count and it seems that my last weight loss entry I was at 193 lbs (87.5 kg). (((gasp))) This morning I weigh-in and logged it at 188 (85 kg)! Down 5lbs. I guess working the night shift has its benefits. So now I am double excited!

New Start

My friend and I are going to start our weight loss regime. I am really excited and I can't wait to start. I'll be posting my starting weight (((gasp))) and I think I am going to post my food as well here.
I am having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to post my food or when to start counting my calories. You see I am working the nightshift and I work 4 nights a week. I think I might start counting at 2 pm or when I wake up. We shall see it's a work in progress. :)
